About Me.
I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist based in Hove, near Brighton, working with children, young people, and adults. My approach is warm, relational, and creative — always shaped around the unique needs and strengths of each person or family I work with.
Over the years, I’ve worked in education settings, therapeutic communities, and as a Therapy Lead for an organisation specialising in support for young people, adults, and families affected by complex trauma and loss. For the past 10 years, I’ve also worked in private practice, offering therapy to individuals and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, bereavement, and relational or emotional difficulties.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic models and approaches to suit each person’s unique needs. I often use creative and body-based practices in my work — particularly with children and young people — to support expression and emotional processing when words alone aren’t enough. For those who prefer a more reflective space, I also offer a talking-based approach that focuses on exploration, understanding, and growth.
As a trained EMDR therapist, I also work with people processing trauma or distressing events, supporting healing in a way that feels safe and empowering.
At the heart of my work is a collaborative process built on warmth, trust, and curiosity, supporting each person’s journey toward greater self-awareness, connection, and emotional wellbeing.
